How to resolve withdrawal problems to paypal?

    We have checked your account and found that you haven't uploaded all the documents required for verification of your account. We request you to upload all the documents on your payments settings page (https://www.peopleperhour.com/settings/payments) to verify your account.
    We need
    ->a copy of a Government issued ID with all information clearly visible (Passport, Driver’s License or National ID Card)
    ->in case you are withdrawing funds to a Bank Account or PayPal, a choice of:
    1) Bank Statement of the account you wish to have the funds transferred to; clearly showing your name, the account number (or IBAN) and sort code (or BIC),
    2) PayPal account statement showing your PayPal registered name, email address and verification status along with any relevant transactions,

    Hi Andrew, I have the same problem.

    I use the same PayPal account to withdrew funds from PPH three years but now they tell me that is problem with changing the address on PayPal although I did not change the address.

    Btw I have the same name on PPH and PayPal.

    Please can anybody help to solve this problem?

    Hi Kelly - thank you very much for replying next day. That's a big improvement on the 3 weeks I have waited for customer support to reply via zendesk!

    I am still confused though. I uploaded this information months ago and have successfully withdrawn approximately £500 of earnings to paypal after you previously verified my account to your satisfaction. My first payment of £223.75 was received in my approved paypal account from you on the 29th August.

    Somehow on your side, this seems to have been undone as my paypal account has been moved to status 'pending'. I want to know why and how that has occurred as it makes me very concerned regarding the integrity of the financial back end of your website. 

    Please can you look at this again and try to understand where the required documents that I previously provided you have gone and then use them to revalidate my paypal account.
