Payoneer approval email not coming in
Hello, guys!
I’ve added my payoneer account and proceeded all the instruction up to stage “verification email”. Quite a long time ago now. PPH says the email’s been sent, but that is so not true... i’ve tried that “resend” button plenty of times for last couple days now, but there’s nothing in mailbox, nor in spam or any other folder.
i would be grateful for some help here.
i saw there are many topics like this and looks like many have not been resolved. Still hoping for some help.

to open a ticket and have support looked into this issue for you, I cannot see a reason why it would not be coming to you. Do you ever use an email address ending in ananas? Could it be going to that email address by mistake? It is highly unlikely but I think I should ask.

Hello, Kelly. I’ve checked my email before and did this again after your reply. It is correct. Can this issue ‘be because I have different emails for pph and payoneer (and yes, I have checked both mailboxes and I did put in the correct email for payoneer :) )
