My Payment Has Been Under Review Since 17th Nov
Previous tickets were closed down, my most recent ticket has still not had any update from you and it's been open 7 days. You can see from my workstream that I completed everything in Hourlie for this customer, they had already paid for work done. Why are you holding my money and when will this be resolved?

I hope this message finds you well.
I have been informed from our payments department that due to the issue with the Buyer and the payment received before the work was completed, we needed to cancel the invoice and return the funds to the Buyer because a PayPal chargeback was opened.
Consequently your recent withdrawal was cancelled in order to cover the negative balance in your PPH account. You can now request a new withdrawal with the remaining amount in your PPH account.
