New feedback rules
It now seems that you have to give feedback to your client before you can see what they've given you. This does not allow the seller to respond to anything that they feel is unfair as they give feedback.
You are left with a possible scenario that you give your client 5*; then you find out that they've given you 2/3 stars for something that you feel is unfair. At this point, responding to their comments will be pointless, as you have already given them 5*.
Luckily, I've not had to deal with this scenario, but it's perfectly possible for it to happen in theory.
Please can you change it to how it was. That worked perfectly well. Can I suggest that if you want to encourage people to give feedback, that you give them some bonus points for doing so.

Hi Elizabeth,
We already do give 'bonus points' for giving feedback - it goes toward your CERT rating and helps you climb the leader board.
I have provided your feedback to our products team.

Hi Kelly - I agree. Now we don't get points unless the feedback is a two way street. I work with clients on a long term basis and often do daily invoices. This can mean that we are giving feedback back and forth over and over on the same job. it just gets annoying.
Can we at least make it that you only have to give feedback once per client and all other jobs on the thread automatically gain points.
