Services Have Been Delivered but Payment Rejected

Hi, 

Two of my clients are trying to pay me for services I delivered but the payments keep getting rejected.

There's an error message saying that the buyer is not verified. If this is the case, shouldn't PPH release my funds for a job well done (both clients left 5 star reviews) and take up any other issues with the buyer? 

This is so frustrating. 

Please advise.

  Good luck trying to get your money.

  If the buyer isn't verified, you WON'T be paid. I have the same problem. Carried out work for a customer. Customer had already paid money into Escrow, left a 5 star review, but because he's not verified, PPH won't release the money. If I were you, I would stay well clear of PPH
