Can I change bank account for my payment to payoneer card,after I get payoneer card

I'm new freelancer on your platform,but I'm happy to cooperate with you!
I have one question,I need to finish 4 jobs(one is alredy finished),but I can't send invoice for the job because I don't add my bank or credit card.
I don't have credit card,or bank account yet,but I have planed tomorrow to open bank account,and after that to create payoneer card,but problem is I must ait for payoneer car 14 days.
My question is,can I add bank account(beacuse I don't wanna wait 14 days to complete this jobs),and after my payooneer card arived to change my payment to payoneer card?

Yes you can add whatever payment/withdrawal method you like the best:

We need
->a copy of a Government issued ID with all information clearly visible (Passport, Driver’s License or National ID Card)
->in case you are withdrawing funds to a Bank Account or PayPal a choice of:
1) Bank Statement of the account you wish to have the funds transferred to; clearly showing your name, the account number (or IBAN) and sort code (or BIC),
2) PayPal account statement showing your PayPal registered name, email address and verification status along with any relevant transactions,

Please remember it can take up to 7 working days for your payment methods to be verified.
PS - if your account name is Eric but your documents will be under the name Bogdan you will find it difficult to withdraw. You need to have matching PPH profile name and Bank account/Payoneer/PayPal account.
