speed up your support replies
I think it would be great if PPH actually responded sooner than 7 days. By the time the issue is investigated, it's too late and business is lost.

We had an unprecedented number of support tickets over the last three weeks and have only just managed to clear the back log. We appreciate the frustration of our users. We also appreciate your cooperation and patience in dealing with ticket requests - you will have noticed that your most recent ticket raised today was also answered today, things are now getting back to normal.
