Scamming seller
Hello, a seller accepted £250 for payment but simply procastrinated until the deadline for feedback has expired. I have issued about half a dozen complaints but nothing has happened, could I please see some action on this? The seller has no intention of returning my money and as can be seen from our conversation never had any intention of doing any of the work. The worst thing is he is still rated as one of the top sellers on PPH so other people have no idea that he is doing this.
I demand a refund and the ability to leave negative feedback on this seller so that other people do not get scammed in the same way.

Thank you for your message.
We are sorry for the inconvenience.
We always recommend that you only pay invoices and release funds from the protection of Escrow when you are happy with the work delivered; that is the purpose of the Escrow facility. Please discuss with the seller about returning your money.
You have also not responded to any of the support messages we have sent you, is there a problem with your email? Did you receieve this email on October 11th?
Hello Joe,
I hope this message finds you well. My name is Kostas and I am a Senior Advisor with PPH Customer Support Team. I understand that you paid Colin for a job and they stopped responding.
I will be taking over the case from now and I will do my best in order for us to get to the best possible resolution.
Looking in the workstream I see that Colin has contacted you and given the reason for the delay and lack of responses so please address that and decide your way forward.
As for payment and refund - which have been addressed in Colin's message as well - that is something that will have to be arranged between you two in the workstream and carried out externally. Please be advised that upfront payments are strictly forbidden by our terms. Release of payments is supposed to only be done after having received the work in full (or an agreed milestone reached) and you have checked that it is to your satisfaction. Release of payment is a contract stating you have received the work and are satisfied with it.
Thank you and if you have any other inquiry please let me know. This message needed your attention and was from a senior advisor and would have seen a swifter resolution to your issue that waiting two months for a resolution.
Please let me know if I can help you with anything else.
