Credit card amount
Hi,
this concerns invoice #1637353-1
I was wondering why I got a withdrawal of 440,60 on my credit card when the selling price was 400. If it is a fee it seems to be very high - could you please advice?

Hi Francesca,
You will see from our terms and conditions that I have copied for you below there is a £0.6 and a 5% transaction fee on credit cards and a 5% service fee.
8. PPH fees
8.1 Buyer Fees
- Buyer fees are broken down as follows:

- There is an optional listing fee of £10 (or €14 or USD $15) where a Buyer may choose to mark a job listing as ‘urgent' with a prominent symbol that will make it stand out.
- In case a Buyer is entitled to a refund according to Section 6.2, the Buyer receives the funds requested according to Section 6.3.
- *If you've used a paysafecard to complete a PPH transaction, you cannot refund this amount. However, if you have an unused balance on your paysafecard, you might be able to cash it in. To do this, you need to contact paysafecard* directly.
- For deposits using via Trustpay or Swedish Bank Transfer (SE), you cannot also refund your amount.
Therefore on a £400 transaction it would work out at £440.60
