Money in escrow

I have two projects that have money in escrow and don't know how to get it into my PPH account.

Also, how can I close the projects?

I've finished them but they look that they are still open.

  Hi Octavio Isaac,

  Have you completed the work for the client and delivered all the work on time? If so have you invoiced the client? 

  In order to get paid inside a workstream you must raise an invoice by clicking on the "RAISE INVOICE" button found at the bottom of the workstream, right over the text box. Please note that when raising an invoice you must always enter the amount of the total payment because when the buyer accepts the invoice they will release any funds from escrow and if necessary make a payment to cover the difference.

  I don't understand why when I raised an invoice they payment didn't include all the money in the escrow.

  One is 5€ and the system indicates that invoice should be at least 7€.

  What can you tell me about this?

  I've raised the other, but after all this time, my client may not undertand why I am sending him another invoice.

  This is something you have to solve, because almost all my gigs have the same problem.
