VAT number and company registration number

I am a music professional, about to start working on peopleperhour for my father's music production company. For payments, I've linked my father's paypal email to my profile. I am not VAT registered in my country. My question is - In the tax detail section, is it mandatory to provide the VAT and company number for payments? If yes, can I provide my father's VAT and company number on the tax details?

  Hi Sonaljit,

  Yes you would have to provide a company VAT number etc for a company registered on our site especially as the money will be going into your father's business account?! However your PeoplePerHour profile and your PayPal profile linked to this account will not match and therefore you will struggle to withdraw money - due to both our's and PayPal's terms and conditions (cyber security). 

  Please address that first. Either your father will have to sign up here and use the account or you will have to create a PayPal account.
