Bank & Payapl details not verified says First name is not matching.

Dear PPH Team,

This is Kalpesh Vyas. I have an account with PPH and I also earn money through PPH. Now I want that money to transfer into my bank account and for the same I have added Bank details and Paypal Details for payment method.

But its been more then 10 days and it was still pending. As I checked again it says that Account Name is not matching for both Bank and Paypal case.

I do not understand the matter. As for Bank details I have correctly fill the details.

and for Paypal account details, PPH directly accessed the Details. So how it could be wrong? Pls let me know the solution for the same.

I have again registered Paypal and Bank account Details. Kindly get the same verified ASAP. As i need the money in my account.

Hi Team,

I got a mail informing that You require Government Approved ID for verification. Let me know where I can upload the same ? As I am not able to find the space where I can upload my license copy.

As well as I need to understand that Why the PayPal account is still not verified. There should be no issue for the same, as all the details has been captured by PPH only. By asking me to Login on PayPal account and I also allowed PPH to get information from PayPal Account settings.

Revert ASAP Pls.

Hello Again,

I have revert with my Government approved ID on the mail which I received from PPH. Hope that will do.

Pls share information about PayPal account verification issue.
