Time to return funds to seller's escrow
Hello
I want to know the maximum time needed to return funds to my escrow (I am a seller)! I asked for a withdrawal and it was refused and now it's taking for ever to return it to my escrow!
A ticket is already opened so please just tell me how long will it take so I can rest! I am tired of contacting you for updates and getting the same 'for security measures' answer!!!

Hi Brahim,
It should take a maximum of 7 working days to process as the payments team will sometimes go through some rejected payments very carefully and re-verify documents etc. I request you to be patient.

I had the worst experience ever with your support team! They are so rude! Yes I've been impatient and I am right to be so, because my client is killing me about the refund! But you're supposed to "support" notignore me because I was impatient!
My ticket has not been updated in 3 days now! It's been 7 days now and still no updates, no refund!
I created a new ticket hoping it migh get a response and you closed it withour an answer!
Well thank you! just give my F" money and you'll never see me again... most regretable decision I made is joining peopleperhour!
AND don't remove this message please! Take reponsibility for your actions, all I said in this message is just the truth, if you don't like other people to see it, then treat your sellers better!

excuse the intrusion but I just joined pph today and I was checking the community posts, when I saw your post it got my attention!
I have many clients with at least 1000£ per month of work, and I need to make sure we (me and my clients) won't have any trouble! I see that you have an issue, for me this kind of issues could cost me revenue.
Anyway, please update as soon as you get an answer from pph, based on your update I will decide whether to bring my client here or choose a different freelancer platform.
