You need to improve a lot
Sorry if i sound rude, but your customer support agents seems to be a robot, that doesn't even reads our inquiries....
I still can't believe that after inviting a customer to your platform to make my payment trough it, your team takes more than 2 weeks (and i'm still waiting) to verify my workstream progress, then verify my customer documents (and my documents again), to be able to raise an invoice (again) and withdraw my money.
You are embarrasing us in front of the customers we are inviting to your website.
I clearly undertand now why Fiverr and Upwork have a lot more and better reputation than you guys.
