Hi Kamran,
Yes you can withdraw to a local bank account.
We would need you to upload all the documents on your payments settings page (https://www.peopleperhour.com/settings/payments) to verify your account in the normal way.
We need
->a copy of a Government issued ID with all information clearly visible (Passport, Driver’s License or National ID Card)
->in case you are withdrawing funds to a Bank Account:
1) Bank Statement of the account you wish to have the funds transferred to; clearly showing your name, the account number (or IBAN) and sort code (or BIC),
Please let me know if I can help you with anything else.

Thanks for your reply. Now I am facing two kinds of problem.
1. Will I need to Global Debit Card for bringing money? If I need Global Debit Card, I will need a passport for opening this. But I have not a passport yet. So, am I able to use my brother card instead of mine? Or I just use a simple bank account with simple Debit Cart?
2. I use mobile banking like Dutch Bangla Mobile Banking and it has support for remittance. So I want to know that if I need to withdraw. Will I withdraw money with Mobile Banking? Maybe I can connect with my bank account.
Best Regards,
Kamran Hossain
