Logic in notificatiions

Wouldn't is be more logical NOT to send notification if freelancer status is "BUSY"?

  Hi Kelly! Yes I know that I can switch off notification. But honestly do you think it's comfortable? As a freelancer I do 3-5 jobs a month. Do I have to edit my settings 3-6 times a month? What the switch "BUSY" is then for? Well I understand it's not critical its just can be improvement. Thanks for answer
