Unread proposals - alert suggestion

I've been chewing this one over for some time, as I'm tired of submitting proposals which are never even read.

I realise you can't force a potential client to read every single proposal (and I have no idea if this is already in place), but is it possible to have an alert something along the lines of "you have unread proposals - do you still wish to award the job?"

It might ensure a few more are at least read.

How you deal with the tyre-kicking jokers who post up jobs and never award them, I don't know. That's another can of worms.
