 Hello

I have to provide 3 documents

first is ID CARD back n Front ( it will be in my local language URDU )

second is Debit card front and back

I have no issue providing these

but  the 3rd  is utility bills are under my family names not mines ...I can not provide debit card statement but I can provide bank statement..my card is linked with that account .. what shall I do ? I have to pay to my seller ..my money is on hold and I promised to release his promise quickly

  Hi Khan Jahanzeb,

  If your bank card and bank statement name match and your statements are in your name and have your address on them, I do not see the problem. Likewise if your utility bills all have your parent's address on them you are able to send those in instead.
