Unreliable buyer again

Dear sir/madam I have received unreliable project offer again ( this is 2nd time) which contains free projects without pph guaranteed by relevant buyer who use pph message system.I would like to show you the situation with pictures of one case in attachment.So, I kindly request to be concerned by pph in order to avoid such as unreliable offers. As freelancer of us, we are trying to earn small money through pph.So, please, dont allow such as buyers in order to communicate with us for plagiarisation . Thanks
