I haven't received my 2 payouts since one and a half month

Hello it's Ahmad Khan, I am working since 2 years but never got such payment delayed I contacted pph but they said that the delays is due to Christmas and new year. And they informed me that almost 500 transactions have been stopped due to these events though. Is there anyone who can help me or let me know if it is really true because im worried about the payment now. And also I need answer from pph support here too. Thanks

  Hi there, due to the bank holidays over the festive season, there will be a delay in processing payments however please be assured that the payments team is back and will be working as fast as they can to get through payments. We have also created a ticket for you and a member of the support team will be in touch with more information.

  Hi Ahmad I see your request I am facing the same issue for the first time as I didn't receive my payout and it's almost 2 months till now I am waiting for it. They mentioned in their article that some countries which are slow-to- pay transactions will be delayed
  And as pph also told me it's new year and Christmas Eve delays so I'm waiting for their response today.
