3 proposal in one workstream but issue with getting the complete payment

Hello Team,

I have send 3 proposal in one workstream for my client but now I am unable to see the amount which was deposited into Escrow at the start of the project but now I can't see it there because the project has been completed now but I am unable to see the amount in order to transfer into my account.

  Unfortunately and disappointedly I am waiting for the response for last  2 week but until now I didn't get a response and my money is stuck in your system and no one is really there to help me out with this inquiry.
  and it is very disappointed to see the performance of the support team.

  I have write the issue with complete detail how long it will to take action on this?
