I am unable to speak with freelancer / blocked by moderate ninjas
It was the first time when I made any transaction on peopleperhour and even if payment was taken I am unable to communicate with the freelancer and I get the message below. Please refund me my money or let me get the service I have paid for.
I have received a similar message from the website. I have already paid money but didn't allow me to email the freelancer to explain what I need. Please
"Our Moderation Ninjas detected content in your WorkStream, which was in violation of our Terms & Conditions. For that reason, your message never reached XY Inbox. If you want to talk this through, just contact us"
Since it is the first-ever transaction I did on the website I simply want to get my money back and cancel everything as it is impossible to contact the service required.

Hi, I'm a freelancer on the site. I think I know the problem. It is against Terms of Service on PeoplePerHour, and a lot of freelance sites, to have communications outside of that platform's messaging system. So, asking to continue contact through email is frowned upon.
I don't know why they still took your money. I'd still take that up with the support team, if I were you. Maybe try submitting a ticket too.
I'm really sorry about this. I know a lot of people prefer email. I hope you get this sorted out.
