withdrawal account not approve in people per hour

I already have submitted my bank statement showing my name but still, my withdrawal account is not approved. Can you please help me with this?

  Following the clearing period (this ranges from 3 days to 14 days), all withdrawal requests will be processed by the PeoplePerHour team within 2 working days. 

  You will be able to see your current clearing period on your profile. Head to Actions >> View Earnings and go to Control Panel. You can also read more about the different clearing periods and criteria here.
