Submitted the project but the customer not responding after submission and he is satisfied with the work

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I am facing with a buyer on your platform. I completed a project for this buyer more than a week ago and have yet to receive payment for my work. Despite multiple attempts to contact the buyer and request payment, I have received no response.
I have fulfilled my end of the agreement by delivering the project on time and to the buyer's satisfaction, and I expect the buyer to fulfill their end of the agreement by paying for my work.
