No emails coming from People Per hour

I have an open project, every time the freelancer sends an update, no emails are coming from PPH! I keep logging and there are updates. This is becoming a pain. There should be an option to contact PPH support direct, but I cannot find it.

  I'm having the same problem exactly but I'm a long time seller, and I missed messages from all the buyers who messaged me in PPH. The last time I received a notification email about an incoming message from a buyer was on the 18th of September! I will contact now customer support.
