    I'm having the same problem exactly but I'm a long time seller, and I missed messages from all the buyers who messaged me in PPH. The last time I received a notification email about an incoming message from a buyer was on the 18th of September! I will contact now customer support.

    I'm also having the same problem. Its a nightmare as I have to keep logging in to see ive got a reply.

    This shouldn't need a ticket.  PPH should just address this as it's an issue for everyone.  We're not receiving email notifications on client messages anymore.  Rather than deal with 101 customer support tickets, can you just rectify this or give a statement here as to what is the reason?
