Can I get half amount advance?

Buyer has accepted my proposal and its been a more than a month almost 90%work is the remaining part is being late due to client, Can I ask him to release half amount so that I can pay my team?

  PPH won't be answering you for a week or so, they'll tell you to 'raise a ticket.'

  Best to discuss this with your buyer.  If you can evidence the work having been done, he may release some of the Escrow on acceptance of an invoice.  You can invoice in milestones if your buyer is in agreement.
