Poor business standards.  Do not involve yourself with this company they are criminals!  They do not answer any tickets and should be reported to the ombudsman

  Hi Gary,

  Sorry that you've had issues with withdrawing your funds. Unfortunately, when you reply to an existing ticket, it sends it to the back of the queue. I've spoken to our customer service team and they are now looking into it as a priority to help you retrieve your funds.
