Refunds Not Paid By People Per Hour: Long Waiting Time:

I have placed work on PPH for many years recently, I place 2 x freelancer jobs on PPH, sadly both freelancers were not up to the task, and both agreed and volunteered refunds.

1) David: I paid PPH 28/02/23 David agreed refund, my account says refund paid back 06/03 23 NOTHING RECEIVED STILL WAITING

2) James: I paid PPH 28/02/23 my account says refund paid 09/03 23

AGAIN NOTHING RECIEVED

No arguments on both above. They both placed in writing within the PPH system-agreed with my faults with the works I want refunding:
