  Hi Julia, thanks for your message. We are experiencing delays due to an unprecedented amount of support - typically you can expect a response between 7-10 working days however this could be longer. Please be assured that your ticket will be responded to as soon. as someone becomes available.

  I have been waiting for 2 months for a ticket, and 14 days for another one. Just learned that the algorithm punishes you for submitting more than one ticket. I believe, PeoplePerHour needs to invest in hiring more Support staff instead of delaying provision of support and penalizing genuine tickets.

  Absolutely, Shahbaz.  PPH is shooting itself in the foot.  No way to run a business.
