    I have been waiting for 2 months for a ticket, and 14 days for another one. Just learned that the algorithm punishes you for submitting more than one ticket. I believe, PeoplePerHour needs to invest in hiring more Support staff instead of delaying provision of support and penalizing genuine tickets.
