Money still hasn’t been paid in my bank account
I withdrew money from my account over two weeks ago. I’ve looked under payments and it claims it has been ‘completed’. Where is it?

Hi Stephen, thanks for your message. The payment process typically takes 2 weeks to go through a clearing period. After this time, it takes 2-3 working days for the payments team to process the request. Please be assured that if you have withdrawn funds, they will reach your desired account.
