when I open my account there is not a option of "Post an offer" but instead there is an to"Post a project. Accidently I have become a client or not .If not please tell me where is the option "Post an offer". First time when I open the Peopleperhour ,there was an option of Posting an offer

  Hi Abdullah

  From your dashboard, if you click on your profile picture in the top right-hand corner of the page and then select "Post offer", this should take you through the freelancer application page.
