Need help uploading my resume

Hello, I believe there might be a technical issue preventing me from uploading my resume to my profile. I'm not sure why this is happening. Could you please help resolve this problem?

  From the screenshot you have shared, it appears that you're trying to upload your CV as your profile picture. You should upload a suitable jpeg headshot of yourself in that section, and upload your CV to your application or portfolio once accepted.

  You are trying to upload your CV-a word document as a profile picture? I am afraid that file format is not allowed. You should try uploading an actual image of yourself.

  Exactly.  Read it.  You're trying to upload a Word doc into a space for a profile PICTURE, a jpeg - no wonder it doesn't work. (SIGHS)....
