How to report scam messages?

Two separate proposals were responded to with the exact same words:

"Hello kindly message the project director if you're interested in the project, send a message via telegram to this username..."

  Hi Vincent

  Thank you for flagging this, any attempt to take communication off the platform risks security, as we can't intervene if we can't see the communication within the workstream. You can either report the messages from within the workstream or go on to the user's profile, and use the link that says, "Report profile" below the insights section.

  Our team will ban this user as soon as it is seen.

  Why did you respond? You should have reported it via the project workstream.  This is a help forum.
