Withdrawal Delays

I was told by the customer service agent that my withdrawal is delayed due to circumstances in Silicon Valley bank. However, this is not my bank. My withdrawal with other platforms works perfect. May you please explain that?

In addition, the agent told me that the delays comes from the bank while accepting the withdrawal is a PPH task

  We've looked into this and processing payments typically take 2-5 working days to go through after the clearing period. Please be assured that your withdrawal request will be processed as soon as possible.
