Your social media team is truly shocking with their lack of basic research. I have reported on numerous occasions that all you do is promote design work and this still happens which is your call but yet again you are promoting profiles who haven't worked on the site for over 2+ years.

Why dont you look at top sellers in categories and promote active freelancers across different areas? I have put myself forward and never hear back.
