Withdrawal delay
Why wasn't anyone informed about this new process to get ACH deposits? I don't recall getting an email about it nor is there a blog about it other than a year ago. This is very frustrating. I recall seeing something flash when I put in the request, but it went away as fast as it flashed in front of me. I thought I had submitted the request, but as computers are not perfect, I didn't think too much about it when the request came back up other than maybe someone hacked my account or my internet connection was interrupted. Then I get three emails in the inbox about giving feedback to Sofia when I never talked to Sofia in the first place, it scared me. Now, it's been 3-4 days and I haven't gotten a response from anyone of you here and I've left several messages. Again, very frustrating especially when we wait two weeks to get our money in the first place. Can someone help me?
