I'd like to know, will it be a violation of PPH policy, If making a job which is to have the freelancers to direct message influencers in instagram/tiktok ?.

I am very confused, so is it 'segun' breaching the policy for displaying his Instagram's usernamer here or is it the job post 'Outreaching Influencers' is not allowed ?
