The buyer is not replying me

The buyer is not replying me..i have done her work and i need payment but she is not replying to my messages in pph chat. Work has been delivered as agreed, I've tried lots of times to get in touch to settle the issue but the buyer although he has seen the messages is choosing to not answer and I can only assume that he has decided to scam me. I will henceforth be requesting the full amount of any invoice to be held in escrow as this is twice now.

  Is there any money in Escrow that you've invoiced against?

  Yes nancy, the compelete amount is there in escrow. I have done her work with honesty and did alot of hardwork. Now i need my payment ..and with this i woukd like to inform that i have also sent proposal to your recent project you can check that too..regards
