Is these are scammers?

I got invited to submit a proposal for this job, turns out this user is a scammer.

I have got this maybe more than once.

The user said about a brand which already running Facebook ads and also doing great, he just shared some of their post picture and an executable file which is kind of a virus-type file.

 

I have attached the page proof, and also what files he shares with me.
