Problem with buyer.

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I am facing with a recent client and their payment for a successfully completed project. I appreciate your prompt assistance in resolving this matter.
I am pleased to inform you that I have successfully completed a project for a client through the PeoplePerHour platform. The work was delivered on time and according to the agreed-upon requirements. The client seemed satisfied with the outcome, as they he has already provided me with a positive review for my services.
However, despite the project's successful completion, I have encountered a problem with the client regarding their payment. I have made numerous attempts to contact him.but he has been unresponsive. It has been 4 months. I find to be highly unfair and unprofessional.

I understand that PeoplePerHour has policies and measures in place to protect freelancers in situations like these, and I would greatly appreciate it if you could assist me in retrieving the payment for the completed project.
