Delay in my customers feedback

Hello. I have finished a project and delivered the files five day ago but the buyer has not terminate the project so I can not get paid. This is not my fault and today I received this msg from PPH "It looks like you haven’t finished delivering your capture attention with High-Quality Poster & Flyer Design service to Mark, and it’s now 15 days later than the delivery date promised in your Offer." What can I do? Thanks in advance. Marina

  What do you mean, the buyer has not terminate the project so I cannot get paid.  Have you sent the invoice and they're not paying it / releasing money from Escrow?

  You should read the guides.

  Send the invoice from the workstream you've been communicating with the buyer.  Did you send the work back via the workstream.  There's a tab to send an invoice.

  I have money in my Escrow but no money in available money section.

  Have you invoiced it?  They can't pay if you don't send the bill for it?

  Yes I have sent the files through workstream.
  I can not find send invoice in my workstream.
