Unable to post offer even after email verification

Hi there,
It gives me an error saying "too many freelancer applications, try again tomorrow". I have been trying for 2 days i still the get the same error even after completing my profile and email verification. How long do I have to wait till I can post an offer and begin working? Please respond.

  Hi there,

  We're sorry that your application was not accepted. Please understand we have a very high volume of applications and in order to protect our existing community we have to put strict limits on our application process.
