Withdrawal Delay

Hi, I have made withdrawal 2 days before and still it is under processing. Made tikets 2 times in customers support but still neither got any reply from customer nor the withdrawal is completed. What could be the possible reason for it.. ?

  Hi there, thanks for your message. Please be advised that withdrawal requests typically take up to 2 working days to be processed by the payments team. We can see this has now been resolved and you should now have your funds.
