system doesn't realise i have uploaded my portfolio
Hi,
Could someone help me with the below?
I created a profile, submitted it, got an automated reply that I need to upload a portfolio to be accepted. Uploaded a portfolio, submitted it and got a system reply, that said my account has been approved. I opened my account, and it says I can't start working, because my portfolio is missing. But when I open my page, my portfolio is already there...
I tried to submit a ticket, but I keep getting the automated reply "Sorry your account hasn't been accepted..." but that is not the problem!
