Urgent Help needed with order status completed and escrow amount release in PPH account for withdrwal
The buyer has already made the payment of £28 in escrow, and I finished their work 7 days ago. I don't want to upset the client, so should I send an invoice for the same amount of £28 to the buyer to mark my order status as "completed" and make the funds available in my PPH user account for withdrawal?

Hallo. I have a deep concern.I was given a project by a client and did it perfecly and finished working on it then sent it to the email he gave me for approval.
After a while it was approved by the liblary of birminghum and i was sent an email to that effect.
Moments later my client told me to send him my ID number together with 200$ for processing my payment of 2500$.
I am stranded as this policy wasnt mentioned to me at the begining of the project by either the client of people per hour team.Below find attached mail communications.

Thu, Dec 28, 11:48 PM (7 hours ago)to meHello Lameck Anari OnsinyoYour amount was successfully sent from our portal (payment server), We have sent your payment to your Bank details. But it has not yet reflected in your Bank account because of some verification needed to be handled by the Financial Accountability Bureau in Conjunction with S.W.I.F.T due to the huge amount and some other procedures to be taken care of. kindly follow this process to make your amount reflect under 1-5 minutes.1. A National ID card or National passport .2. A driving license or previous bank statement.HOW TO MAKE YOUR PAYMENT REFLECT......??DISCLAIMERKindly provide this details to our mail back as it’s not from the company then contact your project director or the person in charge of the amount sent out (payment director) you'll need to ensure that a deposit of $200 which is equivalent to is made for your identity and payment verification as a Kenya Citizen currently because the issue is coming from your country.Make sure you make the deposit for the citizenship/payment verification fee as this amount will be refunded to you while sending outMake the deposit to your Payment Director or your project manager in charge and they will deposit it to us via bank to bank transfer then we can use it to connect the amount to the National Accountability. The amount will shortly reflect kindly get in touch with our company project director and payment director on how to carry out the verification of your identity and of your payment. You are depositing the verification fee.Note : you get to receive your project payment immediately alongside the payment of the verification fee which will reflect in less than 15 minutes immediately after connection , you have 24hours to link payment or payment will go into a Non recovery state (Lost )Working to make things easier for our workers living in countries with strict rule on international money transfer.

Why did you send the work to him directly and not through the workstream?
I'd hazard a guess because there is no money deposited in Escrow. You weren't awarded the project. You were just given it, thinking it was your lucky day. Might be an idea to familiarise yourself with the way in which PPH operates, their Ts and Cs before you ask them to help you get your payment.
PS. Others have been 'given' this project too. It's a scam.
