    I am aslo facing this issue. and trying for two months but getting same message that 

    "Sorry we're Closed

     We are very sorry but we are experiencing a high number of freelancer applications and are unable to accept any further applications at present. Please try again tomorrow."
    Please let me if pph start to take new applications whether I will get any mail about this matter.
