My project is overdue

Hello, I am working on a brochure the last two months.

My clients is very slow in sending comments so the project is late.

I received the following msg from PPH

It looks like you haven’t finished delivering your capture attention with High-Quality Poster & Flyer Design service to Mark, and it’s now 15 days later than the delivery date promised in your Offer.

Please note:

your Buyer is now entitled to ask for a full refund, and by 14 November 2023 they will automatically receive a full refund if the service remains undelivered.
late delivery will also more directly affect your rankings on PPH.

We hope that you can get this project back on track and wrapped up soon.

Here is some information that might help you:

If you have finished the work get paid by using the “Raise an Invoice” button that you can find in the WorkStream; Mark will then be asked to pay your invoice by releasing the funds in Escrow to you. Find out more here..
