Location won't change

I am trying to set up a profile and no matter how many times I set the location it reverts back to the default of London, UK. I am based in Cheshire, UK.

  I'm afraid there isn't a way to change your location manually and you'll need to get in touch with the customer support team in order to get this corrected - sorry about that!
