Can anyone clarify when a buyer releases funds why it can still take up to 3days for it to be credited to you wallet and why does the clearing process then begin?

  Hi Adam,

  The clearing period starts once your buyer has paid the invoice. The length of your clearing period is determined by how much you have earned on PeoplePerHour in the previous two calendar months. This ranges from 3 days to 14 days. Following the clearing period, all withdrawal requests will be processed by the PeoplePerHour team within 2 working days. 

  You will be able to see your current clearing period on your profile. Head to Actions >> View Earnings and go to Control Panel. You can also read more about the different clearing periods and criteria here.
