Buyer not responding
Hi,
A buyer purchased from me and apart from the initial message, I have had no responses and cannot therefore fulfill the job. How can I cancel this without it affecting my rating?

I'm sorry to hear that a buyer isn't responding. There may well be a good reason why they haven't been in touch. We'd advise to wait for the buyer to hopefully respond.If you don't wish to wait for the buyer to reply or continue with this project, you can always select 'Issue Refund'.
